RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Each of our items are made-to-order especially for you! Unfortunately, this means that we do not allow returns or exchanges for any unwanted items. We highly recommend checking out our sizing guide prior to placing your order to avoid any fit issues. If you have any question regarding our items or sizing, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you!


If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at ParkHoppersonParade@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

TURN AROUND TIME & SHIPPING

Since our items are made-to-order, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled prior to shipping. Estimated shipping times reflect the estimated time it will take for your item to arrive only after it has been fully processed and sent out.

 

We offer USPS shipping options to select from, including international shipping. Our domestic shipping options range from priority mail (1-3 day) and first class (3-5 day).  If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Unfortunately, due to recent changes in our fulfillment center and boring tax reasons, we are not offering international shipping. We are working very hard to resolve this issue so that we can once again resume shipping outside the U.S. and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PAYMENT

To ensure your transactions are secure and as easy as possible, we process our payments using PayPal. You can pay via your Paypal account for easy non-hassle payments or check out as a guest using your credit or debit card.
